Sweet Miss Anna’s parents got in touch with me for some last minute maternity photos back in February. We spent a lovely afternoon together and it was just a short time after their maternity session that Anna made her entrance into the world!
Anna’s nursery is decorated in lovely shades of purple and robin’s egg blue, and her parents wanted to carry that over into her newborn photos. We used a lot of beautiful headbands and a couple of cute little hats that I sewed up just for Anna’s session.
We also got to use my new baby carriage prop. I picked it up at an antique store in downtown Pueblo on Valentine’s Day (because any day out is an excuse for prop shopping!) and couldn’t wait to use it for newborn photos. Anna snuggled right on into it, while her daddy stayed close by for safety. Anna was happy and snuggly and loved being wrapped most of all. She even gave us a little smile!
