When I first met Claire she was just a tiny little newborn. I got to see her again at six months old for a milestone session, and most recently for her first birthday portraits and cake smash session. For Claire’s photos her mom requested pinks, teals, pastels, and a vintage feel. I think the floral backdrop, metal bird cages, flowers, and a vintage styled watering can made for the perfect set.
Claire has two big sisters who are just smitten with her! They joined us for her newborn photos, and we got to include them again for a few photos during Claire’s birthday session. These three girls were so cute with one another, and gave us big smiles.
After Claire’s first birthday portraits, we moved into a cake smash. Claire LOVED her birthday cake from Aileen’s Bakery! She made a big mess and ended up covered in pink frosting. She had us all laughing when she tried to pick up the entire cake so that she could take a bite! 
We finished Claire’s birthday session with a bath in a metal wash basin. We got lots of splashes and silly faces!
