Adam’s mom contacted me about fist birthday photos and a circus themed cake smash for him and I was so excited by the theme! I knew right away we needed the classic circus tent stripes for the background with pops of color brought in through accessories. Colorful tissue paper pompoms, a triangle banner, circus tickets and boxes of popcorn created the perfect circus feeling.
For the first birthday photos, we made Adam the “ring master” of his circus! He sat right up on his podium and gave us the most adorable smiles. Adam wasn’t a fan of the top hat his mom had brought, and took it right off. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any photos with it on.
When it was time for Adam’s cake smash, he went crazy! This little guy loved his cake! He made a huge mess and left cake everywhere. He was so into it, he even tried to eat the decorations at one point! The cake (perfectly created by Aileen’s Bakery here in Pueblo) was left in absolute ruin. Poor little Adam had cake in between his toes, and even in his nose!
After the cake smash, we put a very greasy Adam into the wash basin for a quick clean up. He stayed just as happy and smiley!
