I LOVE shooting six month olds’ baby portraits! It’s one of my very favorite ages, at this point babies are happy and smiley and full of personality. Most of the time they haven’t quite gotten the hang of crawling which means they can’t get away. Another plus- most six months olds are adorably chunky! It’s a stage that goes quickly, crawling comes fast and walking occurs before you know it.
When Emma arrived at my photography studio I knew we were going to have a great session. She was so full of joy and laughter!
We went with a teal, coral, and peach color scheme for Emma’s photos and I love how the teal looked on her! Emma had so many great expressions and the most gorgeous blue eyes.

A peach outfit, a rag banner and a vintage styled baby bed prop rounded out our last set up for Emma’s baby portraits. We moved quickly through this set because little Miss was bound and determined to find a way to crawl out!
Thanks to Emma’s mom and grandma for bringing her in for six month milestone photos! This little cutie lit up the studio with her smiles and laughter!
